A government portal has been set up for you to make a comment submission.  It is very straight-forward and easy to do.  In addition, this governmental body is required to read every submission, large and small – before they can finalize the new “Rule.”  So rest assured, your input will be read and considered.

The policy our elected officials create is a crucial part of their work.  But it’s not just “something they do.”  It has impact on you and your family.  Are they creating/supporting policy you agree, or disagree with?

When it comes time to vote, check our “UFI Utah’s Legislative Scorecard,” here or at the top, to see if your elected officials represented you well with their vote in their policy work.  If their voting record does not align with how you would have voted, are they the most deserving candidate for your vote in the next election?
