Protect against Title IX and submit a comment by September 12, 2022.

The US Department of Education released their proposed changes to Title IX regulations that would dramatically change the future for women and girls in federally funded activities and programs. There are many negative impacts that will harm girls, women, and families.

A government portal has been set up for you to make a comment submission.  It is very straight-forward and easy to do.  In addition, this governmental body is required to read every submission, large and small – before they can finalize the new “Rule.”  So rest assured, your input will be read and considered.

ufilogoDear Pro-Family Friends,

We at United Families Arizona know that our Arizona public school system will only be as good as its leadership demands. The recently created UFAZ School Board Watch is an effort to unite & educate the parents in the community about school board governance as well as advocate for families in order to insure that parental rights are honored & that family friendly policies are pursued.

UFAZ Board Watch is a grassroots effort involving volunteers who are trained to monitor Arizona school districts, specifically the school board agenda. UFAZ School Board Watch volunteers will participate in a training session that includes an overview of the state policies that created school boards, the structure and function of our local board and gain knowledge of how to recognize good governance in action. Board Watch volunteers are then asked to monitor at least one school district. Most monitoring can be accomplished via the internet in the comfort of your own home.

United Families Arizona welcomes all concerned citizens who share our commitment to family values, parental rights, student achievement, and our expectations for effective School Board governance.
