Protect against Title IX and submit a comment by September 12, 2022.

The US Department of Education released their proposed changes to Title IX regulations that would dramatically change the future for women and girls in federally funded activities and programs. There are many negative impacts that will harm girls, women, and families.

A government portal has been set up for you to make a comment submission.  It is very straight-forward and easy to do.  In addition, this governmental body is required to read every submission, large and small – before they can finalize the new “Rule.”  So rest assured, your input will be read and considered.

For centuries the word “gender” referred to “male or female.”  But the definition of “gender” seems to depend on who you’re talking to.   The UN and those who push for “gender rights” use it incessantly (see the list below).  A battle over the definition stalled this year’s final negotiations of the Agreed Conclusions for the Commission on the Status of Women.”  But Monday, March 14, will bring all the disparate voices back together for a shot at gaining “consensus” on the topic.

This is a showdown of vital importance.  If the official definition moves from that of its traditional meaning, the door will be thrown open to the advancement in the international arena of  “pro-sexual orientation” policies and politics.    The traditional family unit will end up in more peril for sure and radical women’s rights advocates will definitely get a major boost.  This is a showdown between different value systems and world views; a lot is riding on the outcome.  Both sides of this battle are actively working to influence member states and their delegations.

For more specifics on the definition, the history of the term, and what occurred at CSW 2011, we invite you to go here and read an article by Susan Roylance, a founder of United Families International.
