Protect against Title IX and submit a comment by September 12, 2022.

The US Department of Education released their proposed changes to Title IX regulations that would dramatically change the future for women and girls in federally funded activities and programs. There are many negative impacts that will harm girls, women, and families.

A government portal has been set up for you to make a comment submission.  It is very straight-forward and easy to do.  In addition, this governmental body is required to read every submission, large and small – before they can finalize the new “Rule.”  So rest assured, your input will be read and considered.

abortion 10by Diane Robertson

It’s time we start being honest about abortion. Many debate about when life begins. Yet, for all intents and purposes, abortion is not about when life begins because abortion is not about ending a nonviable pregnancy. Sometimes when an egg is fertilized, it does not grow into a baby. When that happens, the pregnancy miscarries naturally. At one time, I miscarried at 6 weeks and there was a sack without a baby. The fertilized egg did not turn into a child. The pregnancy was not viable and ended naturally. Pro-abortionists use this common scenario to try and persuade people that life does not begin at conception. They argue that life begins sometime after fertilization and therefore abortion is not taking a life.

The argument is a moot point. Women do not go and see an abortionist to end a pregnancy in which there isn’t a child. They do not go and see an abortionist when their baby has died and is miscarrying naturally. Rather women only seek abortion to end a pregnancy when it is viable and there is a child that would be born. For all practical purposes, human life begins at conception. Abortionists and parents seeking an abortion are not concerned about cells that did not form into a baby. Their one concern is to end a pregnancy that results in the birth of a child. Abortionists do not enter a woman’s womb to help remove a baby who has died or a pregnancy that did not develop into a child. Abortionists only enter a woman’s womb to kill a living, viable baby.

Abortion is about getting rid of a child before it is born. Abortion is only concerned with living, viable babies growing and developing inside their mother’s wombs. Abortion is only about ending a human life—a life that began at conception.
